From Tokyo, To Beyond.
Mr. Takehiro Tsujita started Tsujita in Tokyo and has since expanded his single ramen shop into a global empire. Currently, there are 18 difference Tsujita ramen locations in Japan and 11 different locations in the United States. Our first sushi location, Sushi Tsujita, started in 2014 and has proudly been serving our Sawtelle, Los Angeles community over the past 9 years!

At Sushi Tsujita, we are proud to present customers with an authentic Japanese taste. We pride ourselves in showing our customers edomae style sushi. Edomae sushi originated in the Edo period of Japan and was a way of preserving the fish for maximum flavor. With many contemporary styles of sushi showing up in the country, we wish to show people the roots of our tradition!
